At Meridian Capital, our focus is to develop high quality residential properties that deliver positive results for investors and communities. We don’t invest in one development, but a mix of town houses, duplexes and units across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty.

Prudent leveraging of investments

Meridian Capital meets bank recommendations regarding LVR – we don’t over leverage our investments, and a minimum 30% equity is maintained at all times.

  1. A smaller site e.g. 2000 – 5000 sqms
  2. Handpicked for its untapped potential
  3. Four – eight townhouses or duplexes
  4. Located in the Waikato or Bay of Plenty
