Snowdome is a proposed indoor ski resort that will be constructed in the Dubailand entertainment complex. The Snowdome is a AED 3.7 billion (US$ 1 billion) development, will cover an area of 1.4 million square feet (130 thousand square meters) and is expected to be completed by late 2008.



Development
The Snowdome ski resort will be 75 meter in height and 220 in diameter and will feature a ski dome, residential towers, hotels, a shopping mall, restaurants, coffee shops and other retail outlets. The Snowdome will be surrounded by nine Iceberg Residences and by two Crystal Towers.
