1. The term of financing the loans
MCE grants working capital loans for the maximum term of 4 years.
The interest is serviced by the borrower on a current basis, but the principal is usually repaid in 2 instalments:

The first instalment in the amount of 30% is repaid after 36 months
The second instalment in the amount of 70% is repaid after 48 months

2. The assessment of credit capacity of enterprises
Compared with banks, we apply more flexible criteria for assessment of credit capacity of enterprises (credit scoring)

3. The assessment of required collaterals
Compared with banks, we apply a lower multiplier of the value of collaterals securing the loan repayment in respect of the loan amount.
