• The manner and the form of financing enterprises - investment loans, working capital loans, refinancing loans
• The minimum amount of loans – 10.000.000 USD (this amount may be the sum of the customer’s demand for capital: investment, working capital and refinancing)
  
• The maximum period of repayment of investment loans - 15 years
  
• The maximum period of repayment of working capital loans - 4 years
  
• Currencies of loans - CHF, JPY, USD, EUR, GBP
  
• Interest rate can be fixed or variable
  
• The interest rate we offer is lower than that offered by banks by 10% to 20% on average
  
• The amount of commission on granted loans – from 0,5%
  
• The value of required collaterals - from 110% to 140% of the amount of financing
  
• The average time of waiting for the capital - from 6 to 12 weeks from the date of submitting the application for financing
  
• We provide the option of loan conversion - no commission
  
• We provide the option of an earlier repayment of loans - no commission
  
• We facilitate obtaining the grace period in repayment of the principal or interest – up to 4 years
  
• We facilitate refinancing (consolidation) of bank liabilities, including credits
  
• If the loan is repaid on time, the margin included in the interest rate is lower by 10%
